the only way to stop the damage is for both camps to let things slide.

The Hillary supporters are pissed because even after she was winning the later primarys
( like WV for ex. when Byrd still went for Obama)
the supers followed the path of least resistance.

And the Obama supporters here have documented Bill's actions.

But here's the thing:

Do you want Obama elected?

then maybe it's time to take some incoming for the purpose of breaking the cycle.

If this just keeps up, back and forth - then Obama is gonna be the one who doesn't get the backing.

So you can say it's more the Clinton's fault if you wish.

But Obama is the one who is being damaged with the disunity.

I cannot even agree that Hillary is doing her part.

Chris Matthews, Willie Brown, and Howard Fineman were just discussing how Hillary could rehabilitate her image and be a heroine by throwing her support to Obama tonight. Trouble is, it is months
and months too late. I do not have a quote, but Fineman said that Hillary is making noises that she does not want a roll call vote but her people on the floor are still pushing for it. What Hillary says
and what she does and what she means are three different things.

(Cindy Crowley of CNN, who has been pro-Hillary
all this time, remarked last week on how tepid
Clinton's remarks in support of Obama were at a
speech she gave last week. Carl Benstein and
other remarked on the same thing, saying that
she talked about herself more than Obama.
Hillary is dishonestly spinning the mechanics of
her non-vetting for the VP spot.)

In her passive-aggressive remarks to the PUMAs a few weeks ago in a backyard in California, Hillary suggested to them that they deserve catharsis. Read Elizabeth Kubler-Ross on the five stages
of grief and then read today's WaPo article about Hillary Clinton's depression after she suspended her campaign. It is Hillary who needs catharsis. And Howard Fineman just said on network television that is not his sense that either Clinton is ready to let go of her support or supporters.

I predict that Mrs. Clinton will say the right things tonight. I predict she will not mean a word she says.

As for Bill Clinton, I will say one more time that I was a passionate Bill Clinton supporter, enabler, Apologist for sixteen years. I have
