Neat. But as neat as tax cuts are for me. It would be even better if he focused on controlling spending and re-writing our labyrinth of tax codes....I really think he would pick up a lot of votes if he went that route, which is what Bill ran on as well, trade liberalization and fiscal responsibility....

Right, which is a part of PROCESS. The government needs a serious overhaul of process while the rethugs are more than happy with the current status quo.

It appears to be about 1-2% depending on your income. Sadly enough though those at the bottom and top(excluding $500,000 plus) seem to get a larger percentage of their income back with those in the middle $35,000 to $75,000 getting the smallest percentage.

Sorry I have to disagree. This is not part of a process this is just a shift in policies....I change in process would have been what I was talking about...like changing the way the govt. receives its revenues and they way they budget the money. A simple shift in tax burdens is not a process...
