I provided the transcript of exactly what she said in her speech. But everyone and their brother was out the next day proving that she didn't sell the plane on eBay. But the thing is, she didn't say in her speech that she "sold it", she specifically said she "Put it" on eBay.

Stop fishing for the stupid crap. It's petty and damaging to your cause. There's lots of good crap to get her on. Like say, THIS IN HER OWN HANDWRITING!!!

You can think what you want, but I don't support either party because they're both the same to me. I have a clear record of saying so and a clear record of believing that the two-party system is the root of all of our problems.

But also, I've made it clear that I want McCain to lose because I'm afraid of how the Supreme Court will change and how it will affect my daughters and their future daughters. That is the only issue I really care about.

What some people never quite understand is how to think about tactics. To accomplish a goal you must first define that goal and then develop a strategy, and then define the tactics to accomplish that strategy.

Whining and misstating facts is not a good tactic.

I know, and believe it or not, I hope she gets what's coming. She seems pretty nasty and vile. It's just that there is still three months to go and the stuff that has come out so far has pretty much just galvanized those who would support her.

It's just that saying anything about her for the sole purpose of being nasty is exactly what the Dems have been accusing those who subscribe to Rovian tactics of doing. So for eight years people have said that Rove was evil and slimy, yet these same people accuse Palin of pretending to be pregnant to hide her daughter's condition. Doesn't anybody else see this?

I liked the article Evil Monkey posted, although the author should be shot for practically giving away the identities of the people he promised to protect. That could be the kind of information that people could use to find out about this person.

Now is not the time to wildly pounce. I spoke of strategies and tactics. Now I ask you, do you want McCain to find a new running mate that is more qualified? That can still happen because it's early, and to me that's a bad strategy. It's best to have her hang around until it's too late to change his mind, and THEN pounce.

Well it's not just us in this room. The blogging types have been saying they are the "new media" for some time, but accuracy must mean something to earn that mantle. Emotion is okay, but not at the cost of blind ranting. It's better to focus on the positives of Obama/Biden rather than get in the muck with the other pigs right now.

Sarah Palin has QUITE SERIOUSLY attempted to use this lie as a part of her political "resume" for sometime now. It is the ONLY example that she has to illustrate her determination to change anything. EVERY other claim is EASILY disproven by examples of her being among the worst of the worst in Alaskan politics.
