I think we should start taking taking advantage of the language young people use. I hear my son and their friends use the word Owned all the time. When you lose at Halo, you've been Owned!

The Republicans have been framing the language for far too long. How's this for a sound bite:

McCain has been owned (by the lobbyists!)

If we can just keep repeating that McCain and Palin are OWNED by the lobbyists for international and off-shore corporations, the message will get out. And eventually,...

McCain will be owned by Barack Obama.

In the case of the lobbyists and McPalin they quite literally own them, so it's not really the same thing. See when Biden mops the floor with Palin in the debate, HE will have Owned her or "Pwned" as it were.

If the lobbyists fucked McCain over and left him for political death then they would have pwned him. But to say that because they are in their pockets they are pwned by the lobbyists is not the same thing. It's like saying, "That dude is BAD." It doesn't really mean he's bad it means hes cool. In this case being pwned by someone does not literally mean they own you through monetary means. Kids will think it's a pun if you word it like that, which it would be, and kids do not like puns.
