I don't have anything more to say on "Why do you think this is?" than to simply point out that secularists and liberals tend to think more about the affects their choices have on the world rather that simply breed by command. Their goal isn't get married, poop out a bunch of kids, die and go to heaven...let the world fend for itself when Christ comes to burn it down. This world view of conservatism has some obvious implications in their actions.

But besides all that I'd like to point out that this isn't as dire a problem as people think. We liberals don't need to go out and breed in order to combat this "problem". Memes don't follow genes. For conservatives pooping out babies...their offspring are biological. Liberals (and conservatives that don't follow this norm), who spend more time reading, thinking, debating, and disecting problems...our children are intellectual children.

This is why the conservatives are so scared of educating their children!! Education and memes win out against biology. You have no choice in what your biological makeup is, but your entire memetic structure can be largely rewritten and it can be rewritten by choice.

So the key to turning the tide that this biological statistic represents is to be proactive in opening as many minds as we can. Another step that might need to be taken is to step in and make sure children are actually recieving a real education and not an indoctrination. Many people may object and say a parent has the right to teach their child what they want but I strongly disagree; you don't own your children. Ever seen the movie "Idiocracy"? Kind of an interesting take on this whole thing. It basically says that the dumber you are, the more kids you have. Therefore 500 years from now the average IQ of an american is somewhere around 50. Not that I agree, but it's a frickin funny movie.

Gloomy and depressed people such as liberals are less likely to want children. They see no future therefore they will abort. Liberals are less likely to get married than conservatives. There is a much higher rate of liberal homosexuals over conservative homosexuals. Although some homosexuals do have children it occurs much less often. Perhaps it is merely proof that there is a God the fact that liberals have less children than conservatives.

You know what? I want a brood. A fu%$#^ hive. A collective. I see it as a retirement program. When my swarm gets old enough, I won't have to do shit except feed em' and keep clothes on their backs. I'll have one waxing my car while the other is mowing my lawn while the other is scrubbing the floor while the other is weeding the garden and so on and so forth. Besides, kids are kinda fun. I have to admit I like the little bastards. And it's a way to ensure that long after I'm gone there will be a whole slew of kids and grandkids to grow up and be fine young republicans.

I'm not gloomy or depressed and I only had 1 child because I got divorced and was not going to bring another child into this world without a father. My ex-husband has been here for my son and me. To this day we are best friends and talk everyday. I'm even good friends with his girlfriend and her ex-husband. To breed just because "we want children" is ignorant especially if they can't afford them or make sure they get a good education and proper upbringing. Librals are responsible people unlike those who could care less but just want to have something to control and call it love.

Actually, there are many, many conservative homosexuals and more keep getting outed all the time. They also have lots of children. The real problem is though that these are the kind of sick homosexuals that go hiding in Jesus land to fight the "gay agenda".

Don't be so depressed about the future. I also do not believe in having children you can not afford to raise. I am the father of two children which I feel will tell you I provided for them very well. I don't call it control when I am concerned about my children and am involved in their lives. Conservatives are hard working people that are concerned for their family therefore it is rare that one would raise a child that they could not provide for which would require government assistance which causes depression.

I never denied that there were some republican homosexuals. The post was about the fact that conservatives have more children than liberals. It is obvious to even you that there are many more liberal homosexuals than there are conservative homosexuals and that may be one of the many reasons why liberals have less children.
