Only a fool would blame Democrats for not getting anything done. Dozens of bills passed the house with it's Democrat majority only to die in the senate where the Republicans have enough morons to block anything even before it gets to the suddenly veto happy chimperor.
Trust in Mitch McConnell. But keep your wallet in a locked box.

Democrats just need to quit wasting time on earmarks and stupid bullshit. The energy bill for instance, what a complete waste of time and effort. Remember those shitty cars of the 80's, well thanks to the energy bill they are coming back. Why don't the Dems focus on getting people off social programs instead of keeping them dependent on them.

Out of what, about 11,000? The republicans weren't proposing the entire lot of them...

Hey Earth, Genius here, I believe the freshman spent over 400 million in earmarks vs. 65 million for the republicans, it was in USA today a few days ago.

Democrats in Congress are openly petitioning Pelousi to fund pork projects in their districts to help them get re-elected.

The White House can't "sneak" earmarks into a budget. The Whit House submits a budget and congress has to read and approve it.

Liberals complain that no one read the Patriot Act and then don't expect their own party to read a budget.

The President can veto whatever the congress sends back to him. Bush had no problem with 6 years of Republican pork. And no problem borrowing 3.4 trillion dollars to fund it including from places like China.

Obviously Mr. Genius you have no reliable source or you would be linking to it furthermore if you believe those numbers are the extent of it and that without considering the rest of the so called "budget" those number are not misleading than you probably believe there's an imaginary eye in the sky watching us; which would negate your Genius status.

Hope you are having a great , wonderful and safe day.

If you were truly keeping up with your party you should already know this, I went to the HBO board where I posted this story and copied that link, this story is 2 weeks old. The actual number is 351 million for the dumocrats to 65 million for the republicans.

Please try to know about your group in the future. Merry Xmas.
