We are becoming a 3rd world nation in regards to our food supply and it's safety. Europe and Mexico do not use high fructose corn syrup in their products. Even Coke and Pepsi substitute sugar in these countries.
Why you ask? Because the US is the largest producer of high fructose corn syrup and it is more expensive to import sugar. The body doesn't digest the syrup as well as it does the sugar, hence why we are all obese. We are killing ourselves with food. Crazy. |
