We pay about $2000 on electricity and about $1800 for propane on average each year...$3800...or about $320 per month.

If you're in the SLO area that's one of our favorite places! We live in Sonoma County and in the winter it frequently dips below 32 degrees at night and many times does not go above 45 during the day. But it can also be 75 degrees on Xmas day. Summer is all over the place from highs in the 70's to 90's...
