The hardliners in Israel still want their "greater Israel" and they'll get it if they have to forcably move or kill every Palestinian to do it. No country that cares has the power to stop it and are ignored otherwise. That's part of why terrorism proliferates so. The unrest among Palestinians is a swamp of the Israeli government's doing. So when the occasional, or even frequent mosquito bites them they've no one else to blame.

I agree they want it... & they may even have it some day......... ~shrug~... My point is that they will not keep it....... In the long run. WHenever that is, the Muslims will take it back like they always have...

Yep.... Keep them stirred up & providing excuses for the military to do what militarys do..........

Actually, I think they will. The reason is they can always count on blank checks from the U.S. to fund their military as well as "settlement" building [yes, we've been funding that too].

Right, and because the extremists among Palestinians are so predictable they- ironically, will cost the rest of the Palestinians their country and possibly their lives.

So the Palestinians have to decide what they want most. the retreating hope of a country... some day, or a real future.

One day the usa's power will be diminished & will be no more.......... No one gets to stay on top forever..........

Israel gets a lot......... They also provide what is seen as vital services in the ME......... THus promoting American/western interests.......

Again, one day those services will no longer be needed.....

Now it seems that this relationship will last forever............. But our history is full of good friends getting a good kick.......... TO the curb..........lol

Right you are...... But none of those good friends have ever had the BIBLICAL ramifications of our Israel alliance. Many Americans know that when the alliance ends, their way of life ends. No power has EVER stood united asgainst Israel and won. Not even Hitler.

Possibly, but Palestine will cease to exist as a territory by then, having never become a country.
