Who does Al Qaeda want to win the election?

I feel Al Qaeda is an enemy of this nation but from reading many of the posts on this board many of you do not. I thought it might be interesting to see who you feel Al Qaeda could best benefit with in the upcoming election.

Obvious to me their biggest fear would be McCain so he would be immediately off the list. It is pretty clear he would be even more severe with them than the current administration.

If we assume that both of the other candidates are telling the truth in their campaigning, which is not neccessarily the case, Obama would be their 1st choice. They would probably be against Hillary due to her being so inconsistent in her talk on handling issues which changes with the polls.

The Al Qaeda dream candidate would be Jimmy Carter.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Post ONE quote that shows a pro Al-Qaeda preference. Go on, I dare you. What utter sad provacateur wanna-be bullshit.
And Jimmy Carter? Has he been weighing on your mind lately? I saw where you were ragging on him, in a thread about 4.00 a gallon
gas.

Did Limbaugh mention him, or are you having flashbacks?

And as Al Qaeda is the absolute chief beneficiaries (outside of Bush cronies)of this war, I'm certain that Mccain would be their main preference.

The more you cheer for this war, the more you do for them.

Why do you hate America?

lol!

once again you prove to know nothing about facts, but are very well versed in the republican's talk show derilect dialogue.

so now it's time for a few facts....
what Al Qaeda wants is unending wars from the U.S. UBL's main hope after 9/11 was that he would be able to draw us into a "never ending" war with a Muslim country.

UBL said he wanted to "bleed us to death" in other words, exactly what is happening....the USA gets bogged down in Iraq, depleting military resources and wracked with debt. UBL knew a war with a Muslim country would also help with terrorist recruitment by inciting more hatred of the U.S.

UBL watched this happen to the USSR (in it's war with Afghanistan) and knew it would be effective

yes it's true...Al Qaeda loves you neocons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!
I suspect the feeling is mutual.

another thing...you idiots need to begin to understand is that terrorism is prevented by POLICING (FBI/CIA, and by sharing information with other countries intelligence agencies)
Terrorism is not prevented by the military.

Seriously, how F*cking stupid do you have to be not to understand this, at this point and time?

geezus...unbelievable

Not necessarily. McCain is rattling his saber for war with Iran, al Qaeda's enemy. Not only would attacking Iran weaken one of al Qaeda's enemies, it would provide further recruitment opportunities for them, allowing them to acclaim America will attack any Islamic nation. John McCain would be very good for al Qaeda.

While Carter may have started funding them, the subsequent Republican administrations pumped in much more money into Islamic fundamentalist's coffers... So in terms of material support and training, Reagan and Bush Sr were AQ's best friends (aside from Saudis)... To meet their recruitment goals though, Bush Jr takes the cake.
