Now would be a good time to horde Vitamins and supplements if your a Canadian.

Even if it did became illegal in Canada, some entrepreneur in the states would create a pipeline to flood Canada with the good stuff.

Fucking ridiculous! Maybe I'm blind but there was no clear instruction on how to stop this. Usually they have a pre-written letter and you just have to select your MP and it sends a letter to them. I guess I was being spoiled with the other ones.

Why are vitamins being banned? I realize that most vitamin suppliments have a low percentage of absorbsion, but I don't get why outright banning of them is an answer.

You can only keep Vitamin C for so long before it spoils. A year max, I believe.

It's the latest thing, Herrytac, don't you get it? Censorship, copyright - oh likesay, me getting hit for up to a $25 K lawsuit for uploading shitty 96 kbps quality clips on youtube (if people are stealing those: sad, very sad), vitamins (why not?). On the other hand, to be fair, they would very much like to open the door to US style pillpopping advertisements, sense a pattern here?

PS - they could go into computers, issue warrants for searching homes, all that fun stuff (nothing new to Americans, I guess)

I looked, too: nothing. Maybe do a search for C-51 on the CBC web site in a couple of days, see if more turns up.
