You consider the corporations to be evil, yet you continue giving them money. Is the problem clear?

Go ahead and try. You can't.

Reaganism and the Yuppie-f*ck greed at all cost mantra has driven this nation to the brink of disaster.
Actually, this one goes to the Fed... If they stopped bailing out the speculators with the help of the printing press, pressure on the USD would be a whole lot less.

Ignoring all the dead people, ruined lives and that stuff, financially speaking, was Iraq a good investment? How much money have we poured into this 'endeavor'? Where is the profit?

It reminds me of one of those G.Dub oil-business ventures. What happened to them? They all failed and everyone involved lost on their investment, correct?

I think they were bailed out... At least some of them.

The life of G.Dubs:

As a child, his mother gives him an inferiority complex. He defines superiority as being equal to or better than his father. His life becomes one superiority exertion attempt after another, using the external advantages granted by his father. The end result, one failed (oil) business after another; the only profits (for anyone), coming in the form of political favors.

As he gets older, the problem gets worse and worse, culminating with two stolen Presidential elections, and a stolen war (cheated to get all three; and this cheating is aside from the normal cheating he receives simply by being his father's son).

It almost reaches Hitler-esque proportions, but the American people do enough to stop things before they get so far.

Bush is currently on his way out of Presidential office, having one last chance to make up for the disaster he has brought to almost everyone he has touched (the largest victims being the American and Iraqi people).

For the sake of the future - the bigger the catastrophe, the more from it you can learn.

I'll do it star wars style and go back even further:

500,000 years ago (roughly), men began oppressing women. Men made women feel inferior and incapable. The women took the resulting complexes and passed them on to their children (some of whom were males). Throughout the ages, the oppression of women continued, resulting in the stories of Hitler, Bush and many others.

Eventually, the United States came along and the oppression ended, taking with it fascism, communism, and the horrific dictators now found only in history books.
