I wish I had Showtime right now, just for this documentary.

The drug war flies in the face of the constitution. This is SUCH BULLSHIT!!!!

Drug companies, alcohol and tobacco, dont want you to have the freedom to grow an effective medicine for free in your back yard. Bottom line.

They understand the very real threat that medical marijuana presents to their EVIL, greedy, murderous bottom line, and therefore they pay politicians MILLIONS in contributions to THROW YOU IN JAIL for it.

I don't try to make it medicine, to me that's not the point. It's about your liberty as a citizen.

It's our own fault. If every pot smoker would save the seeds, put them in a bird-feeder, birds would poop out the majority of the seeds in flight and 'weed' would earn it's name coast to coast. Try banning it then.

Doesn't require so much. These drug laws are in clear violation of both the 4th and 8th amendments:

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

If you think I have a nuke in my house, and i'm going to use it in some awful way, then sure, you would have probable cause and whatever else. It would be reasonable to search my stuff, and if you find the nuke, seize it.

Weed is not a nuclear bomb, it's just some bomb shit.
