I know the catholic preists in my area retire to a home as big as that, the only difference is there's 40 of them living in it.

Either way I agree, none of it is newsworthy. For the very sake that no religions are legit in what they say or preach.

If some one told you that a candidate went to a ceremony every week that made the participants drink a cup of symbolic blood with the promise of everlasting life, you'd think he was a vampire.

But essentially that's the line the catholic church is selling.

To tell you the truth at least Wright's message is grounded in some sort of truth. While most others are just promises that can never be kept for adherence to ritual.

The fact he's using the pulpit as a soapbox is relevent to the subject at hand.

Is the country run by rich white guys and if your not black does that equate to having an inablity to comprehend Wright? The answer to both is yes.

I think the very fact he's using the pulpit is actually softening the message because it reduces his legitimacy. Hence the big house and trips to Casinos it's been rumored he likes.
