Current job-structures are too rigid. They only pay based on a standard of quality and amount of time. It doesn't really reward quality or efficiency.
Couldn't it work like: The task is X, the pay is 10,000. Every minute you do not complete the task, 10 is deducted from the pay? |

I guess mostly I like certain aspects of political science, like improving the system. But I don't like the campaigning-type stuff. Is it possible to work in government, doing something like improving the system without having to go through the 'politician' process?
