They are giving some of the reasons to vote for Obama that you pretend to be looking for, let's see if you can hear them.

That might be a reason not to vote for McCain, if it were true. But it's not. Even if it were, that is not a reason to vote for Obama.

Obama's cult still avoids the question. They would rather call people names and flame people. That is no way to get Hillary supporters, Republicans, or swing voters on your side in a general election.

This attitude - "join our cult, we can't tell you why you should, but if you don't you're a horrible person" is poisonous to the Obama campaign. You are all undermining his ability to win in November.

I'm sorry I didn't put your name in the text below from a previous post Mudflap but the below is just as much for you as it is for Bornright.

Bornright you honestly want to play? Fine let's play.

Let's find out how serious you are about these questions.

Do you think Obama is just another politician in that he tells people only what they want to hear?

If not then that alone is enough to vote for him considering that most politicians do.

If you DO think that he is just another politician then WHO FUCKING CARES HOW VAGUE HE IS? Why would it matter cowpoke? As just another politician he's just playing to the masses like all the rest and even if he did get specific (for you that is since he has been very specific to anyone actually listening) we still wouldn't be able to take him at his word would we?

See the truth is fucktard that if you wanted to know why to vote for Obama then you would go to his website and read his very specific positions on a whole multitude of issues.

I mean do you honestly think people are dumb enough to believe this is anything other then some vain attempt at trying to prove some hidden point of yours.

I would love to see the look of frustration on your face as you realize your questions designed to bring the conversation in a specific direction are being fucking laughed at by people smart enough to see through your bullshit.

There is no substance in your questions and opinions because there is no substance in you. You are a marionette bornright, only not as useful.

See a real marionette could be used as firewood once its master was finished with it.

You ruined it for him Vicariously I, you gave an honest answer. Now he'll have to go away for a week or so before he can come back and ask the question again. Then if even you are tired of responding to someone that has no intention of listening to your answer he can then claim that no one can give any reason to vote for Obama.

see how well that works?

They're all the same.

It's getting even more pathetic than it used to be and that's saying ALOT.

Why do you keep repeating yourself. You show up ever couple days like a wayward parrot....... Reasons to support Obama have appeared in hundreds of hundreds of posts on this site.......... Do you really expect everyone to keep posting it every time you show up & ask???

Perhaps if your participation here actually involved some reading as well as writing your could advance a topic rather than stymie them..

It's pretty clear that Appalachia, Bornright, and Mud have an Obama problem. In this case, it’s the color of Obama's skin.

As for Appalachia, there are other areas in the country that are just as white, just as educated, just as rural, and nearly as poor, but did not give Clinton a 40-point margin of victory. Parts of Ohio and Pennsylvania are Appalachian, and those are the parts where Obama struggled most. West Virginia is all Appalachian.

Case closed.

A blogger left this on a site I visit. Could have some truth to it.

Quote:
I am an Obama Democrat who was raised in Tennessee and currently lives in the mountains of western North Carolina. White working class voters in this area get their political information from Rush Limbaugh and right-wing talk radio, if they get it at all. There is no liberal media here. These voters recognize that the economy is a mess but blame it on the liberals in Congress. They know Iraq is a disaster but blame it on the Muslims (all of them, in every Muslim country because, you know, they all hate us). These are voters who completely believe the Republican gospel: that the librul, gay, gun-hating media is responsible for all their troubles and if we’d just deport all the illegal aliens, the economy would be fine. I’d bet at least half of Hillary’s votes came from Phlegmbaugh’s Operation Chaos and the rest from people who’d vote for Hitler before they’d vote for a liberal Democrat.

Bearing in mind my feeble skills with the google, I typed in barack obama website, twice, and this was the top result, twice.

Barack Obama : : Change We Can Believe In | Meet Barack Obama

Arrival at this page commences a video clip of the charasmatic-but-not-to-everyone Barack Obama spouting the same great-sounding-hard-to-pin-down generalizations and platitudes.

I am invited to sign up to receive invitations to campaign events, but not directed to the details of any policy proposals, nor indeed to any proposals.

Explain to me what I did wrong this time...aside from ever being born, ever putting fingers to keyboard, and waking up again this morning.

I think once you register it takes you to another page but you don't have to sign up to get to the content of the website. At the top of the page there is a quote " I'm asking you to believe......" Click on that and then when the next page loads scroll over issues to see the different topics you can chose from.
