These boards are a mmicrocosm for why the "democratic" party and their voters are so easily duped into self destruction. I will not name the poster who employs the strategy of distraction and bating, but once he's sunk his tentacles into a thread no real discussion of solutions or even an accurate description of the problem can take place thereafter. It's why this election has been beaten down to where we were 2000 and 2004.

The poster here has you battling him while his side works disaster onto the rest of us and the country, which is no differerent from his party's tactics in destroying our country while the so-called "opposition" party effectively surrenders on real issues while maintaining the facade of battling the right.

Depending on how much sense Obama's VP can talk back into Obama we might pull out of this dive, but otherwise we've lost 2008.
