Munas is going down hill
If the Primaries were today, who would you vote for?

I am personally leaning towards Huckabee. I will state that I have issue with some of his ultra Christian views, but I honestly don't see how these would ever impact legislation in such a way to change the course of the nation.

What I do like about him is that he is not scared to give an answer, something that I am finding is difficult for most candidates, on both sides to do (barring Kucinich and Paul of course).

As this thread is in the conservatives section, I'll take it to be referring to the Republican primaries. In that case, my vote would go for Ron Paul. On the Democratic side, it would go to Kucinich.

prolly Clinton - maybe Biden.
depends on the race.

the vote is on Jan. 29th here in Florida, so this year Florida does have a big say.
( even if we are stripped of delegates to the Dem. Convention )

How could loss of delegates translate into having more say?

Obama put his noggin together with I Don't Remember Who to draft some dead-beat Dad legislation.

Bear in mind that this was lately, during this campaign season.

The usual Good Stuff about making people responsible and coercing a Family out of none...a magic trick the execution of which I have never witnessed, even at the Magic Castle.

But here's the kicker.

The Idealist Who Turned Into A Pander OR The Idealist Who Knows Diddly Squat About Economics And Less About The Mood Of The Working Class made a point of emphasizing that the tax dollars we spend tracking down these men and serving notice and collecting money and distributing money will NOT decrease certain of the mother's welfare benefits.

Is that our objective, then?

Initiate some more expensive-to-administer, feel-good legislation that ADDS to, rather than detracts from, the tax bill of Labor? See, I thought that was specifically NOT our objective.

Even if someone will tell me that he means to shift the tax burden to the rich, I'll say that's all fine and well BUT. The tax burden SHOULD be shifted to the rich. A child would understand this.

But the concept of taxation is NOT how much can we take but, rather, how much do we need? Why on earth should ANYONE, rich or working class, keep paying the same amount...just, here ya go, have some cash...to new "families," if the rightly responsible people are now kicking in on their responsibilities, AS THEY SHOULD?

Obama seems either to have sold out, or he's more optimistic than smart.

This really isn't the time for hope sans common sense.

Kusinich. If he's elected then we really have true representation with Ron Paul as his running mate. I usually split my ticket when voting in all elections depending on whay each canidate's voting record is. I'm just not thrilled with Ron Paul's attitude towards education.
