Yep, just as bad as deregulation I am sure Last week I watched a special on TLC about dams breaking and the potential of future breaks. They didn't strike a political tone at all during their special but it got me thinking, if there was no regulation a lot more people would be dead. Land owners who put them on the back burner were responsible for every last person who died.

There are so many cases where leaving shit in the hands of people who show a total lack of responsibility is the absolute worst possible thing you can do. I am not saying the government or states should run everything with an iron fist but there are certainly cases where it's absolutely necessary.
