Well so far, the party isn't divided at all. Obama leads all general election polls, some in double digits.

Obama will smash McCain in the fall. The party is unified, perhaps more than ever.

The republicans plan to attack Obama as a "typical" politician, lol...considering the miserable record of McCain's flip flopping, that approach will backfire, and I will enjoy watching it.

Really, you don't think this Obama Clinton get together today wasn't done for the sole purpose of unity.

As screwed up as the republican party has been since W took over you would think they would throw in the towel. Beating a party that has been this devastating should be a given.

Of course I think it was done for the sake of "Unity" (as well as other reasons)...but

Obama was ahead in the polls before today.

People keep talking about how the democratic party is "divided" where's the proof?
I for one think it is the republican party that is divided, beyond repair for this election

So, let me get this straight. Julia's thread about republicans in this administration deserting it like rats on a ship gets closed down, because someone's sensibilities are offended. But this POS can make personal attacks calling all of us "rats"

Didn't it have to do with what forum it was in?? I think you can go ahead and call conservatives rats just do it in the Dem. forum.
