Okay, now that's batshit crazy. And I can tell that vegetarianism isn't doing her health any good from what I've seen of her.

Now the truth...what she said was she was almost in a plane crash and if she didn't get off the plane alive she would let them bbq her body parts and flavor it with a little onion, etc...it isn't unheard of especially when there have been survivors of airplane crashes who ate the meat of those who didn't survive.

The part of her will still includes the cannibalism provision. Either way she simply doesn't understand human nutritional needs, she has no idea of the last seven million years of omnivorous hominids and autralopithicines, nor has she even begun to think about the wellbeing of livestock should all of us become vegetarians..

There are a number of other organizations that are striving to improve conditions for lifestock wihtout proposing the unrealistically drastic call for vegetarianism.

Ingrid is just an extremist with narry a clue as to the reality of why eating meat remains in practice worldwide.

I know a lot of meat eaters (I used to be one!) who still have a sense of compassion.
If it's all a joke to you then so be it.

Black_Knight is going down hill
So is the life of being meat for the population when combined with big business.

Beef is delicious so I'll turn a blind eye to the mistreatment. (We only care about cute animals anyway)

Bolded text will be ignored.

And here I thought no one would catch the contradiction I placed, nice work.

So as a reward, I'll give better answer than the standard Amerikkkan one.

If you subtract all the modern wonders of vitamins and supplements, a vegetarian would die out due to not getting enough of the correct nutrients, similar to how if you don't eat citric or an alternative that has vitamin C, you'd die of scurvy. Yes, life sucks in how animals are cruelly harvested for our consumption, but it's necessary evil for the survival of our species. Due to no recent population culling (World War and real genocide) we have a lot of mouths to feed and you can't say vegetables will keep them all happy. Also not everyone has access to ways to replace where they can get the proteins or other nutrients from various meat products. And things like fish have proven to give the best longevity. (A major hint as to why the Japanese outlive us all)

PETA itself is a hypocritical organization since they decry animal research but one of the VPs, I think maybe Newkirk herself uses stuff based off animal research. Not to mention they decry pounds putting animals to death when they practice the same thing at their shelters.

There are a lot of mixed messages with Peta, that's for sure, but they had the guts to point out a lot of abuse that others chose to ignore.
Look, I don't care if anyone eats meat..just make sure the animal was treated right that's all. It's not a difficult thing to ask.
