I promise once it's all over, life is wonderful. No more cramping, no more afterbirth looking clots in the stool, no more worrying when and if a period will come and how many days it will last. Your energy will come back and you can lose that weight by walking which keeps the bones strong.Make sure you're taking B-complex.(need energy to walk though first!)

Tips, drink soymilk or eat some tofu..keeps the estrogen levels regular, and for moodiness..eat flaxseed.(just make sure it's not whole flaxseed. It needs to be milled or ground first)
estrogen containing foods listed here;Estrogens in Food

Cookie!

I did the haircut. I love it. My hairdresser didn't even blow it dry. She used a very small amount of gel and finger-styled. It worked. It's wonderful cuz this is something I can do. No more blow dryer, no more fuss....no more ponytail hairspray helmet head....yippee!

It's the best haircut I've had in quite some time. Got to love the bright spots.

Thanks Refuge51! It's comforting to know from others that this too shall pass.

I am so looking forward to it being over.

I do take a Balanced B complex along with iron and extra calcium.

Both lists are quite interesting. My problem was too much estrogen. The real key to all this stuff is probably balance. Isn't always the truth?

Good news~Doesn't it feel great when something like a new hairstyle actually works out? I think it's awesome, and hope it gives you the boost you've wanted and needed.

Sadly, I still wear mine in a high ponytail or clippy thing. I can't seem to escape my imprisonment of the 70's.

I know what you mean. I've worn my hair in a bob for the past 25 years. Oh sure, once in a while I'll get some bangs, or put some layers in at the ends, but it's basically the same style. Right now, I have some long layers all over, and no bangs. This past winter, when it was a little longer, I realized I was wearing it the same way I did when I was 14, you know, flipped up on the ends.

I think it's safe to say I'm in a bit of a rut.

And why should you (we)? The seventies were great. Good music, good dancing, good movies, and platform shoes.

Oh come on ladies, platform shoes sucked!

If I recall correctly the only time I wore them is when I tried them on and walked about in the shoe store.

I never wore them, not ever. I wore miniskirts and suede boots.
