5 days? Sounds good to me, at least on the paper. psychological addiction,..well, it also sounds good,..but I can´t understand where it is when you smoke at home. Anyway, again good luck to whoever beats it. My turn is coming close as well, or so I hope so.

I bought one that was large, cumbersome, noisy and not cheap and thought...are we kidding me? This is way too much work and noise, trying to smoke more discreetly.

11 days, whooohooo! That´s a record for me. I´m building up some sore mandibular muscles with chewing gums, boy I´m sick of em. At least they are a lot cheaper than grabbing two packs a day. Boy I need a smoke. But no. Let´s keep on with it.
