That's ok...I changed the rules for myself to no chocolate bars...i've had granola bars and cookies with chocolate chips in them...whatever.

Eating less just turns me into a weak, old lady in five days! Body builders eat oats, rice, potatos and ALL fruits. Myopic focus on HFCS is just that, myopic. Wheat causes all kinds of problems that AREN'T allergies. People tend to avoid drinking enough fluid because using the restroom is considered hideous and WRONG. So you feed the body wheat and it gets all puffy and then you dry it out. The nasal passages, lungs and intestines stick together and people think that a lot is wrong when really, they need water and fruit/veg and less wheat. Wheat is not evil. It keeps well and allowed our cultures to advance because they were fed, even in times of low crops. Now, several generations out, we have created REALLY puffy, dried out people. If you think that I am wrong, please notice that what I'm asking you to do is eat carefully, low fat, good carbs and often with plenty of water. I am NOT sending you into danger... and I don't not recommend High Fructose Corn Syrup. however it does not cause what it is claimed to cause and it is not poison. Starving people would love some. Why does it not cause what it is claimed to cause? Many crappy studies and myopia. A fat, unstrong, dried out body gives a VERY different reading in a study than a strong, fed, rested HYDRATED body. Many studies DO decide the outcome and look for it without looking at anything else. They are pushed to publish. ( I really should charge for this but, I love you-all and please consider this a gigantic birthday present ) |
