I am sick with some kind of flu bug. I got sick after everyone around me got their flu shots which made them sich too. So my question is this;
Are the drug companies and medical industry making money off these flu shots by making people sick? Then they have to go to the doctor or the ER. By the way, they don't tell you that the preservative in the flu shot comprimises your Endocrine system yet they push these shots on to people. Here we are seeing record cases of this bug in the ER's and doctors office visits. So, are they making us sick and making money?

why would anyone intentionally go have a nurse jab them with a needle and plunge some antibiotic into their body? i hate getting shots! even tho there's money involved in donating plasma i refuse to do it. i mean, if they just needed a stool sample, no prob.

Exactly. Why would anyone fall for this year after year? People just keep going to get their shots. I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription and the first thing on their automated recording was "we are not giveing flu shots!" Then I saw on the news a doctor or nurse saying to get this shot anyway because you flu symptoms won't be as bad if you do! I'd rather suffer through it. I will either live or I won't. But I'll be damned if I will let them make me sicker with the shot. Funny, I asked if Medicaid would pay for surgical masks so I wouldn't get sick when I'm around anyone. They don't pay for them. They want us sick.

i recall that last year here in Whatcom County a number of uncertified medical grifters were caught giving flu shots to people! scary but true. i wouldn't go for it. i'd rather be sick, stay home from work, eat chicken soup and watch movies.

First of all, I had the Flu Bug that's going around, took me a week to get over it, it's pretty miserable.

I didn't get a Flu Shot, and now I see it would have been a waste of time and money anyway, because the Shots they gave people were not for the Strain that actually made people sick.

So....in my opinion...they get you coming...and going. Either way, they make money.

Of COURSE they make us sick on purpose! It's called Health Care "Industry". That means a bottom line. That means making money. Can't make money off healthy people.

That is why I take good care of myself, eat right, and stay the hell away from doctors. (unless it's something really serious, like my eyes going bad)

The doctors (alot of them, not all) have become "Dope Pushers" for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

flu shots are offered for free where I live...to anyone that wants it.

The elderly, immunosupressed and infants can, and do, die from the flu.

It does not prevent all flu because it is based on previous strains, unfortunately, this year's shot has been less effective.

I had a flu shot a few years ago and came down with a flu like illness right afterwards which lasted for a month. Everyone said there was no way the shot caused me to get sick but I'm not sure I buy that.

Anyhow, just to be safe I'm not getting the shot anymore. Besides, I don't like the fact that they use mercury in it as a preservative.
