Please forgive me for this one.

I find that people who love and follow religion ignore beautiful truths that are more powerful than religion to the detrement of useful progess

AND

I find myself in the same type of arguements on the subject of exercise.


We have very clear data on exercise and
people still CLING to wives tales, style and personal preference rather than just see the facts.

So I find myself dealing sheep-thinkers on the subject of religion
and
style-thinkers on the subject of exercise.

Perhaps this is a place for me to be alone and just sigh as I watch people do dumb stuff and believe dumb stuff but I am thankful for any typing that I do here
and for any of your tolerance of this.
