i had understood no anti-biotics meant that the animals only got anti-biotics when sick, not as a preventative, as is the usual case in feed-lots.
we have 2 organic farms selling beef and chicken (anit-bio and hormone free) at our farmers market. just have to wait until May when it opens up again. |

I think they sell organic beef at the market too, if not I know there's some place around town that do. I also get my eggs from the Farmer's Market - also organic.
