Here's my bitch with that phrase.

It's how she used it on "The Today Show" on January 27, 1998 in response to Lauer's questioning about the infidelity issue that had errupted -exploded, splattered, creamed- just four days earlier. She offered "vast right wing conspiracy" as a justification or explanation or excuse or alibi or whatever anyone wants to call it as a response to the allegation. It was absolutely shameful and pathetic.

During that time the Clintons fucked themselves in the ass with their STUPID responses to the entire matter. Bill Clinton should have kept his hick-assed mouth shut from the get go. He should have done what GEORGE W. BUSH had the good sense to do when he found himself confronted with PERSONAL QUESTIONS:

"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS"

But the Clintons let their neverending sense of superiority and their arrogance SINK THEIR BOAT, instead. Instead of saying, "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS", Bill stuck his finger in our face and said "LISTEN GOOD". Instead of refusing to answer Matt Lauer's questioning that morning for reasons that it was a personal family matter that she would rather not comment on -better yet, instead of appearing on THE MOST WATCHED SHOW IN MORNING TV in the first place- Hillary Clinton sat there on her STAND BY YOUR MAN tushied-up ASS and rolled out "VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY". The man had already been caught not once (Gennifer Flowers), not twice (Paula Jones) but now THREE TIMES and she was going to blame it all on a VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY.

And now, the same shit is stirring up all over again. Bill Clinton and his lies. Did you see Jon Stewart last night? He NAILED it, r.e. Bill's crack that he (Bill) overheard union workers in Vegas saying if they voted for Obama they would not be paid or would have their shifts changed. Stewart said, "what, just you and Chelsea overheard that, just strolling through the Mirage, what, surrounded with your secret service detail and a billion photographers and the sound of KA-CHING, KA-CHING, KA-CHING, DING, DING, DING, DING (the normal sound of any and every gambling arena in the world) as you supposedly were just walking by, you just happen to have 'overheard' that?????????"

The Clinton 'impeachment' is a prime example of what's wrong with this country. People are so easily manipulated by politicians, this absolutely absurd 'thing' took place.

well, if i recall (and i'll be the first to admit i could be wrong,) that's when the "vast right wing conspiracy" was first used...

get the movie. it also goes into the affairs and how they tied into whitewater...
and like i said, it's NOT lefties saying what they did - it's the actual people on the right who stand there in front of camera, bold faced, laughing and bragging about how they finally brought him down - and the extremes to which they went.

then, after you watch it, (i think there's also a book, but it's so much more telling to SEE these bastards) come back here and see if you can still tell me that there WASN'T a "vast right wing conspiracy".

I'm not defending Bill or Hillary. I'm defending common sense... good reason. Valid arguments. The legitimacy of the events. Etc.

Besides... I don't want to know about their sex life. I wish I fucking didn't know. Not only do I not want to know, there is no good reason for me to know.
