TEHRAN, Iran - Iran has begun installing 6,000 new centrifuges at its uranium enrichment plant in Natanz, state television quoted President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying Tuesday.


Iran already has about 3,000 centrifuges operating in Natanz, and the new announcement is seen as a show of defiance of international demands to halt a nuclear program the United States and its allies say is aimed at building nuclear weapons.

Nothing new here. Iran has repeatedly stated that it will excercise its nuclear rights and that it is ready to defend those rights.

If Bush was going to hit Iran, he would have already done it.

And of course the Israelis are too weak to hit Iran on their own, hence their propaganda campaign to get us involved.

Morning Joe S. provided subliminal messages on his show this morning as the top stories were listed. The TV screen showed a text list of top stories, this Iran story was number six.

His female counterpart (don't know her name) read the list starting at 1. and Joe was silent until she got to the Iran story. Then you heard a quiet moan, an "uh oh" and finally a muttered "this is bad" (for those in the audience that couldn't decipher the moan and the "uh oh")
