She may not have known what she knew. She had to give (sell) the phone numbers to reporters to check the numbers, all they caught was Vitier? BUT, she had an appeal and on appeal that pertinent information could have come to light that it didn't before. No appeal, no information to reveal, reinvestigate.

signs of a struggle will show in the autopsy...unless of course you think the Florida county coroner is in on the conspiracy.
I was simply pointing out that if someone was going to assassinate her, hanging is a messy, unpredictable way to do it...in terms of looking like a suicide.
she could have screamed, she could have fought back...etc.
