Another scandal has racked the Capitol -- the DC Madam has died after committing suicide.

Police say Deborah Jeane Palfrey -- who allegedly ran an upscale call girl ring -- killed herself on Thursday at her mother's Florida home.

Palfrey was convicted on April 15th of money laundering, racketeering and using the mail for illegal purposes. She had yet to be sentenced

She was whacked, no doubt. There isn't anything more obvious on the planet. Just like Gary Webb, the reporter who broke the crack cocaine/CIA connection, "committed suicide". No history of depression or alcoholism. Just dead with a self inflicted gun shot wound...sure.

Expose powerful people, and you're digging your own grave.

Hope the politician(s) that had anything to do with her murder can live with themselves.

52 facing 50 years certainly would cause depression, although I can't believe they would give her 50 years.

I agree with having suspicions, but it sounds pretty open and shut...how do you make someone hang themselves?

if there was any struggle... I assume it would show in the autopsy

just for the purpose of discussion, how do you get someone to hang themselves?

furthermore...if someone was worried about her talking, why would they wait until the END of the trial? that makes no sense.

There was a whole episode on Medium about people committing suicide, but it was really a serial killer. The guy used a skeletal relaxant (I think) and the victims actually had to watch their own murder by hanging, electrocution, gun shots, etc..., and they could do nothing about it.

there is no drug that renders you unable to move that wouldn't also cause you to stop breathing. Those drugs are paralytics but they would show in an autopsy. Plus you would have to inject the drug into a vein...that would show as well.
The only way possible would be some type of inhalant..but I can't think of one drug that wouldn't be detectable in a post mortem.

a skeletal relaxant is not strong enough, that I can assure you.
