Sorry if this has already been brought up but what happened to the evidence being altered? It was said that Khadr was the only possible one there to throw the grenade but it was revealed recently that there had been another present (who was described as the person who attacked the soldier that Khadr is accused of killing). Khadr was supposedly cowering against a wall and took two bullets in his back.

This is actually what the Fascists have planned for the civillian domestic courts in the US. Law enforcement agencies in the US have already used provisions of the USA Patriot Act for questionable acts of surveillance that are not limitted to but include the warrantless wire taps of the NSA. Some state agencies and the DEA have now classified drug traficking as "terrorist" and are using extraordinary search and seizure methods. We are going down a scary, authoritarian path.
