Yuo know what would make for GREAT television. "Dog" does a skip-trace on some dude for parking tickets unpaid, but the guy thinks he's going to get beaten up by "dog" so either tazes his ass or simply shoots him dead and gets off because he was defending himself.

Dog the Bounty Hunter used to come on after something I watched on TV, and the theme music annoyed me. "I am the dog, the big bad dog. The bounty hunter." So, I would sing along with it, "I'm in the bog, the bog is clogged. I'm the toilet plunger!"

I watched two Dog programs. In one the went after some 85 lbs. woman who was a crack addict. They all strapped on tons of "gear" to go nab this woman who could bearly breath on her own. Dangerous? Hardly. The second episode the picked up some guy by having his father lead him out of his house. When Dog was talking to the guy in the car he found out the guy had gotten 25 to life and the Dog freaked. He had the car stop and the called the police. For Christ's sake, the guy was in cuffs, what was the Dog so worried about?

As far as his racism is concerned, is anyone surprised. I don't mean to give folks who live in trailer parks a bad rap, but really, look at him, his wife, his sons, his brother...did anyone really think, "now THERE'S a progessive family."

No I am not surprised..the show stunk...he was unbearably uninteresting..
