These girls had a planned pregnancy, they had a "pact".

They should sign a binding legal document stating that the group will take care of the results. "Theoretically" as a collective they could probably provide a stable communal home for the children.......

Was this their plan - seriously doubt it, if they had seriously planned this they would have waited till they were of age so that there would not be blow back.

America is comprised of an astonishing number of wusses, I am embarrassed to say. We positively refuse to crack down on anything except drugs and, for the hell of it, why not let’s be candid about that. Our War on Drugs is as much about keeping the Drug War flammable and profitable as anything else.

The passel of pact-pregnant girls are minors. However willingly, they have nevertheless been impregnated via statutory rape. MAKE THEM provide the fathers’ names. Yes we can do that, they are not emancipated adults.

Press charges against the passel of pops.

The hierarchy at that school is FOR SHIT. Fire the Principal, just like the Army fired whoever was responsible for sending Nuclear Stuff to the wrong effing country.

Call the parenting into play, as well. Make those parents cooperate in the identification of the accommodating sperm donors, or take their daughters away from them. It is not unreasonable to assert that those parents have lost control of their children who, via this pact, now constitute potential expenses to the U.S. economy and potential threats to the well-being of the new citizens...it could not be more clear that they lack judgment.

Devise a government track for the new Brat Pack, welfare-wise...right now, while they’re still in utero.

This is what we calculate it takes to get a kid from diapers to college diploma. These are the rows you have to hoe and the lines you have to tow to get your new trophy kids on the G-track. I was being sarcastic of course but still I will bet any money at least some of these girls will eventually fight against teenage pregnancy in the future.

Then again this is America and their parents will probably give these little morons whatever they want instead of letting them feel the true burden and responsibility of their actions.
