Somebody did a piece where they were talking to these college Republicans who said the Iraq war was the most important thing that happened in 100 years.
Then the guy asked them why they hadn't joined the military if it was that important.
Well....I....uh.....Buffy's birthday party is coming up in a few months.
My feet hurt. I hurt my knee playing volleyball. etc.

Yeah, people like that serve their country by going to college and learning to be stockbrokers. The exact same thing they criticized people for during the 60's draft.

TrueBlueAmerican is a normal PG member
Next time the veterans are out at a protest they should invite active servicemen to tag along with them. There is a solidarity and comaradity between vets and active duty servicemen, and I dont think the latter likes seing the former dragged off the street in handcuffs.
