BREAKING NEWS MSNBC News Services updated 46 minutes ago ALGER, Wash. - A shooting rampage Tuesday afternoon in Skagit County left six dead, including a sheriff's deputy, according to Washingon State Patrol. Authorities said a suspect turned himself in after the shootings. Trooper Keith Leary said the dead were found at multiple locations. He said that the deputy was shot while responding to a call and that another person was killed there. Leary said two construction workers were found dead nearby, another was person killed elsewhere and a motorist was fatally shot on Interstate 5. A motorcyclist was shot and wounded in the town of Alger, and a state trooper was wounded as the suspect raced along Interstate 5. This breaking new story will be updated.
