Moth - Page 3

Isn't it funny how Butterflies and Moths are seperated into Good and Evil (for lack of a better phrase). Simply by name really, Moths can be beautiful at times. Prime example here. Maybe it's the abundance of bage and browns on the blighters ?. Whereas Butterflies are just bright and colourful seemingly all the time.

... And Butterflies are majestic whereas Moths fly obsessively towards lights seemingly blind. I think I answered my own question. Great shot Kano.

Actually moths use be seen as souls of the recently dead migrating to heaven. In the older The Devil & Daniel Webster movies the devil talks about how magnificent and large the moth would be from Daniel Webster, counsel for the defense.

Hey I think it's cool, you are a fountain of knowledge... of sorts. Might not always be super useful knowledge but it certain interests quite often to an inquisitive mind.

The moths do have a bad reputation, probably because their babies like to eat our clothes. They can be very pretty, though.

Moths can be beautiful. I had this huge Luna Moth hanging on my front doorjam this past Summer. I wish I'd taken a pic now.
