Which one?

I was walking back up a trail and took a picture. Just messing around. While taking the picture the flash went. I took a picture of something else and then before walking again, turned off the flash and took another picture.

Which one do you like most? Or just give me opinion of photos. Thanks.

Okay, didn't know the pictures were going to come out so big. My apologies.

I like them both. The contrast pops on the one with flash, but the hues of the one without are nice too. Decisions, decisions...

If I had to choose, I'd pick the first one because it has warmer hues than the 2nd but both are good.

I think the second one is more real, but the logs are too dark...

Interesting study...the one w/the flash appears warmer, which isn't usually the case. I think your settings weren't right when you went back to shooting...a little underexposed.

Both have their qualities, but I like the one w/the flash....never thought I'd be saying that for an outdoor shot.

Were you shooting auto?

Edit...what camera do you have?
