I'm lucky that my route to and from work consists of residential streets and a park with a river that runs through it. I do have to go on 2 busy streets (one of them is down hill and I have to turn left to cut through the park). Fortunately, my city is full of bikers and we have a bike path. Most are pretty careful about us bikers. But in the bigger cities, they couldn't give a flying fuck until they hit someone.

Congrats? I don't know where you live, but if it's in Fl. I'll also offer condolences. (You wouldn't believe the accident stats there from the blue haired drivers, and they don't even SEE 'cycles.)

Pretty toy!

NOT! I fear those things! I rather ride my bike with the milk carton attached on the back...and of course my trusty helmet
I'll take you out for a spin on my bicycle What's the milk carton for? I bike (pedal) to the grocery store sometimes, and you wouldn't believe how cold your fingers get after holding up a gallon of milk on a handle bar for 20 minutes. So if you have any suggestions for carrying milk, please share.

Keep in mind that i'm too forgetful to use bags or backpacks, and not dorky enough to use a basket. It's a mountain bike for milk's sake! It needs no stinking baskets!

They only say they don't SEE the bikers. They need young, healthy organs to harvest, so those old ladies hunt... How else would they get that kidney transplant?

And thanks.
