Reputation System
We have enbaled the reputation system here. You may already know what this is but in a nutshell it enables you to rate and be rated by other board members. You may also leave a comment when rating other members as well. See screenshot.

Each time a reputation is given, positive or negative it gives or takes 1 point. Eventually when enough points are given you acheive a new status that you will see when mousing over the green dot.
When you receive a new reputation it will show up on the top bar (near where you see your new PM envelope) or you can click on User CP and see the reputation or comment at the bottom.
