This happens when you click on the actual forum to access it? Can anyone else confirm this? There are people posting in there and you have the exact same access as everyone else.

Confirmed, the same thing happend to me last night when I tried to click on the "What the hell is this?" thread. Same insuffienceint priveledge deal...

When I click on the now "private" site problems and feedback forum, it says it's empty, just nothing there...

edit- and thank you for squaring away my earlier problem Eric... it is appreciated...
