au contraire, I never stated that density was a function of a hammer, it is a property, which allows a functionality of purpose. For what else you write, it sounds as if you have experience with ridiculousness and blood clots. Perhaps that caused the confusion? Or you just didn't recognize the density of your hammer?

Oh, tedium as a tired horse!

Sir, the science is quite clear. Density is not a function of a hammer. Lest Newton himself strike me down, why would I claim that? The density of one hammer does not increase or decrease if it is in proximity to other hammers of equal (or different) densities. Thus, it is not a function of quantity of items present. Please reread!

As for your concerns regarding my 'hammer,' I can assure you, it's nonexistant.

Are you obtuse on purpose? I have not stated that density was a function. Nor does the proxity of any other object effect the density of said object Is English your first language, perhaps I could translate it for you? Though I will agree on the tedium of your horse. As to your "nonexistant" hammer, you have my condolences.

Haha. It's not me that's having trouble reading.

I'll try to keep the metaphors within the simple analogy category for the future.

It's been lovely conversing with you!
