Another endarkening answer from one who seems to have little enlightenment and at the same time displays a fear of the dark.

I guess the importance of "god" is ego driven. The bigger the ego, the harder it is to admit there is a question to which one has no answer. Better to make something up than admit a failure of knowledge.

Then why take it? Why would he even need a ribe from which to craft Eve? Or dust for Adam? Since he supposedly made the dust from nothing, why couldn't he make Adam the same way? That's an unnecessary extra step in violation of Occam's Razor.

And how can you possibly assume that God replaced the rib when the Bible does not reference it happening? Does not the Bible itself warn against adding to it? On the other hand, if we can add to the story of what God did with nothing biblical to back it up... And then the Lord did molest the many children assembled before him.

Not at all. I was justy trying to suggest that you hold your unshakeable faith to the same standard of proof that you demand from the evolutionary science that you deny. Hell, if your faith is real and evolution is false, it could be argued that faith can reasonably be held to an even higher standard of evidence. No giant bones, no Goliath.

The reason the exsistance of a God matters is because it gives poeple hope. A hope NO ONE else has the right to take from them. However it is important to remember we all have different ways of hoping. Just trying to actually stay with the title of this thread.
