Well clearly it is speculation on my part. I am making logical assumptions. Of course, God knows how to figure this out much better than me and whichever way he does it will then be the perfect way.

I would guess that being an adult is not that unique except for the uniqueness of one's personality, which I believe to be set pretty early in life. My guess is that people would want the best possible mind and body to interact among fellow humans, God and angels. That would be as an adult person. And since God made atoms, the universe, initiated the Big Bang making a child into a resurrected adult would be child's play.
