No. Signing indicates action for in God's world signing would lead immediately to action, thus the need for presigning.

That is not in vain. There is purpose assigned to it.

Bush's lush years shows his humanity. Nothing wrong with a little drink. I intend to imbibe deeply tonight myself. And Obama is running for president based on his drug use and muslim name and color so maybe George gave him the model. You use drugs don't you so you should not see it as a bad thing. Just dont overdo it.
