You post a sentence fragment as if has meaning by itself. The amendment say nothing about any form of personal security except that against unreasonable searches and seizures. Further, you are only warranted against such searches as conducted by the government or agents thereof.

Well seizing one's life is the ultimate seizure. This is why we need a direct amendment addresssing this issue.

If something is a parasite, completely dependent upon its host for survival, it could be argued that it has no life of its own to be seized.

That is the President's decision. He is the Commander in Chief and the Constitution gives him the power to declare war. Death penalty with due process. Justice.
