Are Christians gambling that there is no God ?
The alleged "good" Christians turn their back on the victims persecuted by their brethren, with claims that they cannot take a position supporting alleged "heathen's". The "good" ones hide behind the 10% or vice versa - the results are the same.
I pray for the Rapture because if God is real, God will know the freaks in sheep's clothing and the ones that allow themselves to be deceived by false prophets. So given all this they choose to support slavery, war, genocide and theft. I believe in the teachings of Christ, I also believe that if there is such a thing as Satan or the Devil, he will be found inside a "Christian" church, whose congregation follows false prophets. The question is are the institutional Christians gambling that there is no God when they expose their hypocrisy through their works - war, deceit, theft ..... ? ![]()

It would seem so. Big Religion most certainly takes God's name in vain for their personal gain. It's simply big business. I'm skeptical about the existence of God personally, but many in the religion business are mercenaries using God for profit.

I admit to my limitations, mistakes and accept responsibility for them. So if there is a God in the biblical sense I will face him and he can judge. I was thinking though, wouldnt it be a real irony if there was a biblical God, who gave us his son and we used his name as a banner for evil. This is a God who allegedly wiped out cities and people as punishment for their sins against him. Now if God were real, the Rapture was inevitable and I was a member of one of these institutions I would be worried. The Earth is really a beautiful place, it could be a paradise if the idolaters and war mongers were to be removed, like chaff from wheat..... Man was made in God's image, so would God follow a false prophet ? Could God accept one of his children who did ? I do not believe that institutional Christians believe in God, if they did they would obey his teachings......

I would see as more moral the athiest who is just and fair simply because it is the right thing to do, god or no god.
