I think that they'd rather that you were kosher.

Well I try to remember to thank everything in my
"path" of living. Dunno about everyone else.

Great goal!

What I see at my advaced age is artists who don't eat enough calories and turn to the calories of drink.

Please eat real food.

My other suggestion is plenty of sleep.

Your brain will give if you let it stir up

Simple. Life in a body is this "incarnation." Soul reaches to this "incarnation" and that of other periods as well. Don't worry - you're a "true" soul. I can feel that Miss Dawn. That means whatever you are doing now is what you have been doing all along. Helping people to their place. I'm sure you can feel your soul. Try wiggling it.

Any diet that has you do "Breakfst lunch dinner" will leave you too hungry to be effective.

Take what they give you and eat at 8, noon, 4 and 8, please.

For protien-
eat about 24 -32 grams per meal depending on
how muscular and active you are.
less = less. more = more.

the average hand-held cup of yogurt has 8 grams
