The whole point of the op is that it is wrong to claim God is on your side and then go out and do evil in his name. The Bush Administration has done a great diservice to Christianity. They have done far more damage to Christianity than all the athiests in the world could ever do, and far more damage to America than all of radical islam could ever hope for.

It's about time the plague of religion was exterminated. They say, 'but without religion, people will be like animals'... I say, sounds fine... cause I have dogs and cats, none of which are subjected to religion, and they are better than religious people.

i think the point is that 99% of religious people do not commit these dispicable violent acts. the ones who do are not real followers of their religions
