I don't find Hinduism to be worth the effort.

The thoughts of men who thought that earth is flat,
burned the wife - alive - when the husband died
and believed that all abused people deserve it
simply
do not compare with looking through the Hubble,
examining the strata in the Grand Canyon and researching the brain.

Ultimately, the purpose of Hinduism is to show that multiplicity is an illusion. All that wife burning shit is for the ignorant masses.
